Wife and I shopped a couple places and could not agree on a certain love seat until we visited Sofa City. After few minutes we were greeted by a couple of sales staff but two in particular. One was a gentleman and another a sales lady Chris which both of them help seal the deal. We ended up buying the Jaguar Loveseat and boy we love it.It has several power seat adjustments that absolutely help with my upper neck issue with the power headrest option. Sofa city took a little off overall price and with the 5 year warranty we have no issues. The question is would I go back ? and the answer is heck yeah. As soon as I can we will be back for another item on our list . Best place with super excellent service. Thank you staff and Sofa City . Worth more than 5 star rating

We came in thinking we were just going to “look and not buy”. Letty showed us several sofa sectionals that matched our needs. The selection was amazing. They have so many choices! He explained everything about each one we looked at and answered all our questions without any pressure at all. The furniture was high quality and priced reasonably. I fell in love with a sectional and we decided to buy it. Letty and the manager worked with us to give great pricing on a couple items and we walked away very happy. The furniture is beautiful, the prices are good, the selection is huge, and customer service is amazing. If I could give more stars, I would!

We came in looking for two love seats. They listened and found us exactly what we were looking for! The service was super-friendly. They were so easy to work with! They actually gave us a better deal than the floor list price was. Financing was super easy and quick. We would definitely shop here again!!

Every other place in the area had a 6-8 week delivery period. Rocky was able to have my sectional delivered that same day. He was truly great to work with, and would recommend him to anyone. He was very insightful but not pushy in any way. Rocky was very easy to work with. Sofa City had many more options available than anywhere else including affordability. The quality of the couches is unmatched. There is truly a “perfect piece” for everyone at this store. Pricing on their units for the quality is much better than any other competitors I looked at. Rocky and his team were able to get me an amazing out the door price including price of couch, delivery, and a 5 year protection plan. This team was very easy to work with and helped out tremendously. The boys had my couch wrapped up and ready to deliver same day. Overall, this was such a great team. It is very visible they take pride in what they do. 100% recommend.

We had the best experience here at Sofa City! We came in to get a recliner and ended up leaving with a sofa, love seat, and recliner. We worked with Jason and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find options in the style and color we wanted as well as keeping things in our price range. He really went above and beyond for us. We will definitely come back in the future for any furniture needs.

We shopped at just about every furniture store that Springfield has to offer. We found a set we couldn't walk away from at Sofa City! Our salesman Roy was amazing and the manager Steve made us a great deal!! I highly recommend Sofa City!!

We got a full new set of living room furniture from the Springfield Mo store. And I want to say it was a wonderful experience. I recommend any one looking for new furniture please see Jaedon at the E. Independence location. He was so good to work with and made everything easy to purchase for SOFA CITY and if I ever need anything else for my house I promise this is the only place I will shop.
